When we arrive sons and daughters...

I am pleased to announce Mr. and Mrs. Jacob and Piper Kroeze!
Everyone cheered and a rendition of the song "Sons and Daughters" was beautifully played as they
walked out of the sanctuary.
Little brother is married, and I couldn't be happier for him. The weekend was amazing and I had a fabulous, albeit short, time back in the midwest. Spending time with my family and oodles of friends made me wonder why I didn't stay longer.
I suppose some of you might enjoy a play by play of the wedding, but I'll save that for a potential future post when nothing else comes to mind.
The flight home was fairly uneventful except for two drunk eastern europeans in the seats next to me. They were funny for the first 30 seconds and then got a bit annoying (probably because I couldn't understand them). Thankfully sleep was at hand and they quickly faded away.
My rooftop garden was well cared for thanks to Phoebe. Can everyone say, "Thanks Phoebe!" ?
Freckles (the mother goat) is still as big as ever and has yet to pop out some kids.
And that's the brief news for now. I'll post pictures after this weekend, but please don't wait up for them.

hear all the bombs fade away...
